The Cocktails

Victorian Sponge Martini.

This was always my first aim & the first in Mixology style creation of the Victorian sponge cake.
A in house Sponge cake infused vodka with Raspberry jam, Half & half & added cream.
Jaffa Cake Martini.

Another creation started right after the Victoria Sponge which used a simple orange botanical gin and infused it with Jaffa cakes.

Pickled eye ball.

Created in London 2018 during Halloween,
a concoction of spiced rum, lemon, candy syrup and red bull.

Aurora.
​
Created using the addition of edible cherry sugar syrup glitter and imitation pink ice cubes.

The Kitchen
Using all that is left over from harvesting and infusing

Raspberry Jelly.
A mix and mash of fresh raspberry, raspberry syrup & Raspberry liquor
Festive bramley apple and brandied cherry crumble with a alcohol reduced custard with added Advocaat liquor.
Morning Pancakes using part oats & part flour with added Tia Maria coffee liquor..


Moorish Oat bakes with Cherry and Elderflower Gin liquor.

Blue Curacao in house made from orange peel.

Sweet Cherry Brandy infused from candied Cherries.
